Creating a bond between property manager and residents, knowing your neighbour and creating a new life. That was expressed in a simple icon chain between 2 homes and circle surrounding it expressing it as a gated community. Warm colours were selected to reflect the concept of the app where you can create warm relations with your neighbours.
