Truconnect Payment Page Design

Truconnect is a nationwide wireless service provider that was looking for a design consultant to change the look, strategy and feel of the most important page on their website, there payment page.

With multiple rounds of going back and forth with the client, we came to a design that relayed the information more clearly by elegantly placing products in a 3 tier layout which explained the benefits of each tier.

The clarity of this design and structure resulted in lower refund and charge back rates which contributed to the businesses bottomline.

Scope:

Design a new payment page structure which can effectively explain the benefits of each product with a clean, non cumbersome layout and design.

Contributions:

Provided High Fidelity mockups that simplifies product features to help clients better understand what they are purchasing. Worked closely with developer to make sure implementation of the design and layout was exactly as provided to client.
