I came up after 6 months of research, testing, and improvement to find a model that made sense to users and business model.

Challenges of the areas:
- Marketing/Business team was to increase passenger recurrence?
- Product Design team find an agile and efficient way to validate some hypotheses and sought to absorb all stakeholder expectations to deliver the best solution for users.
