We explore different cross-selling techniques. In this example, we created a special page for users who recently booked flight tickets. On the page, we show trip details and a few services we think users might be interested in. It could be f.e. hotels, trips and tours, insurance, car rental etc.

Needless to say, Cross-selling and Up-selling aren't just a sales tactic, but more like a customer satisfaction tactic that can help the brand build deeper relationships with customers by delivering more value. If you use it correctly It should be win-win for everyone.
