VIZ: Water Testing Reimagined (App)

Nearly 60 million Americans rely on private water wells which are unmonitored and unregulated. VIZ is a proposed app and biodegradable kit for home water testing that would guide the user through simplified tests, point out potential areas of concern, and direct the user towards resources for further testing. VIZ tests for pH, an indicator of water quality, and for common contaminants Nitrates/Nitrites, Chlorine, Manganese, Iron, Arsenic, and Bacteria.
