Connect a Job

I was the Lead Designer at Connect a Job. We were experimenting with video resumes and interviewing online, but couldn't break out of the chicken/egg issue with making a job seeking site. Funding ran out and I was laid off a few weeks ago. Unfortunate, but not a new occurrence for startups (especially one where the bosses wouldn't bring in more developers).
