Hi guys,
This is part of a very fun project I worked on a few months ago.
The overall idea was to simplify and turn a horrifying traditional form into a friendly chat-experience conversation.
Using emojis is always a good idea in terms of emotion and engagement, as well as matching the user's mental model with communication elements that they're used to use every day.
I'll be sharing some more shots soon along with an animated prototype.
