    Finding parking in a big city like Chicago, London, Miami, New York, or San Francisco can be a daunting task. ParkJockey helps users plan ahead and save time by booking parking in advance.

    Wayfinder audited the app, analyzed customer feedback, and conducted interviews with the ParkJockey team to identify challenges. We analyzed this intelligence to define and design UX/UI updates that enhanced the application of the ParkJockey brand and improved the overall usability of the app.
