The Aata Company

The Aata Company is a food collective brand based in India, that produces a wide variety of flours and flour based products from ancient Indian grains. They use a traditional stone milling process. The flour is slowly milled so the temperature remains low and the flours nutrients are not damaged.

The logo is inspired by the traditional stone milling process powered by a windmill.
