New post template

We took a hard look at our post creation feature and found some pretty major flaws. First up were some glaring accessibility issues on larger screen, but also that it was feeling too much like a wiki/documentation tool. The purpose of Carrot is to be a dedicate space for critical information and the associated discourse to live.

So with the new design, it's intended to invoke similarities in drafting an email rather than project orientated documentation. The smaller size eases the pressure of having to craft long form content.

Have something short and sweet to say? No problem. A longer, more editorial orientated post, that works too.
