My first neon design. Definitely not my last! Made this one as a wedding gift for two close friends that got married. I worked with a local shop here in Brooklyn, and started the process by sitting down with them and learning about the process of bending tubes to understand the limitations. Then I iterated a couples versions of a custom font just using Sketch and submitted it as a PDF.

Neon as a medium is fragile, time consuming, requires constant care, but is totally worth it and freaking amazing! 🤔Kinda like marriage...
