Build software only when it is necessary!

Use all the resources you can muster to avoid writing a single line of code in order to test your offering, build with pen and paper if you have to, and be cynical and methodical to the bone about it

This is an assumption that we repeat with our client every day.

When designing bukomat.pl, we wanted to validate whether chatbot way search for tourist offers is a good idea and whether any people will want to use the search for offers in this way?
Starting this experiment, we set ourselves the goal of not writing a single line of code and reduce expenses to a minimum.

I came up with the plan how we can do it 💡

1. I will use webflow to build a website
2. Instead of writing a chatbot, we will use the Facebook Messenger plugin, which will integrate with webflow. The questions in "chatbot" will be answered by the human, not the machine
3. Aaaand I will design and implement everything by myself 👨‍🔬

In this way, we got rid of developers in the project and did not write a single line of code ⛔️
