Anidex Health by Platinum Performance

What I'm sharing here is a patient profile for an equine health application that I designed. Anidex Health is 23andMe for equine veterinarians and their owners. The kit is administered by a veterinarian and sent to a partner lab where a detailed analysis takes place. We then display the information back in slightly different ways for the owner and the veterinarian or researcher accessing our stored data. The goal of the system was to help veterinarians and researchers (and horses) by establishing an anonymous database of data points that could be used for all kinds of disease and health research in the equine space.
