Conversational Ui | Concept

I'm continue to work on a salesperson dashboard app concept and for today i've prepared a short chat interaction animation.

As you may know a lot of chat bot or apps with conversational mechanics hasn't an option to return/change answers (but as we know people doesn't do stuff in a linear way in the most situations, of course), so i decided to dive into this topic and find a way to give an option to change decisions in conversational interfaces.

After a few day of researching and trying different apps that has conversational ui, i found an app called "Ada". "Ada" is a personal health assistant app based on conversation.
So i took main interaction idea from "Ada" but make it better by adding "Swipe to return" message that works as signifier and when user start swiping down it'll be clear that it's possible to return.
