Takeover Flow

This new takeover component is live in Hologram's cellular IoT dashboard.

After further user research and customer feedback, we've updated this component to be a fullscreen takeover, hiding all other UI and navigation elements. The progress indicator now sits in the top header. CTAs for moving between steps are both fixed at the top of the page and floating, in-line at the bottom.
