Open Pucp Project ( web/lms)

Hi everyone! This is my new project call Open PUCP.
As you should know, I work in a University and with this project they are giving a different value to specialization courses.

Apparently, this is a simple project; although It had been one of the most complicated due to the amount of equipment, deadlines and the business model considered.

I was involved with 4 different teams and 2 different types of platforms ( payment gateway and moodle for virtual courses).

In this project, I made a usability study to define the main areas, prototyping and analyze the user flow, in order to the user doesn't feels the different environments that are involved.

Nowadays, an e-commerce will be something "easy" to make; However, a UX Designer must face different projects that are not always in their ideal conditions and get a product or solution that will agree to the business but also with the user.
