Hop Card Web App

We partnered with local transit agencies to create Hop Card, a user-centered, contactless card payment system. From account creation and fare capping, to replacing a lost card, we designed the experience to be easy for all riders. Our work also included designing and development for an insti­tu­tion­al platform where employers could manage transit benefits on the new card.
