Appcues "Offboarding"

At Appcues, we spend a lot of time thinking about onboarding. But the other end of the experience, "offboarding," matters too.

We recently worked on building a cancelation experience that's simple, positive, and may even inspire some folks to change their mind (without, of course, relying on any dark UI patterns).

Here's where we ended up. This screen appears after a user initiates the cancelation. The next piece of the flow is a lightweight feedback collection form. And then the subscription is canceled :)
