Dragon Heads-raising Day

Dragon Heads-raising Day is a traditional Chinese festival. It comes on the second day of the second lunar month. As the saying goes,“February 2 , that the loong rise”.This occurs during the spring equinox season, and people believe this is when the dragon wakes up from its winter hibernation.we cannot get haircut until February 2nd, when the dragon raises its head.
