@Rob Young, @Lisa Adang, and I recently designed a tool for our client to analyze a big data problem that is crucial to their business. We developed the strategy for the product by interviewing future users, developing personas, and documenting the conceptual model that underpins the system. Finally, we mocked up key user journeys and handed off the project to an in-house designer.
