Direct Messaging (Daily UI #013)
I often think of chatbots: in Russia, it starts to be a popular support form. Especially in banking and e-commerce. It realized via messangers or online helpers on web site.
And very often a user even don't know if he/she communicate with a bot and frequently a user expects "human" fast help but get only forward and waiting. That leads only to negative interaction so I believe bot should say immediately it's not a human.
About interface, I stayed conservative: only the most used icons (send an attachment, voice message, emoji) in fast assessability and hidden functions in "more" menu on the top toolbar.
The cool free font I used for the cover is Aquatico by Andrew Herndon.
