"A collection of Polish kings and princes" is a book presenting the biographies of rulers from Mieszko I
to Stanisław August Poniatowski. The biographies presented in the publication are complemented by numerous illustrations, including reproductions of Jan Matejko's paintings, as well as maps that facilitate learning.

Every nation has its own history, inextricably linked with people who ruled it. The rulers were different - brave or cowardly, wise or less wise, resourceful or less resourceful, attached to their heritage or traitor - each of our kings was only human.
