Process Treatment

I haven't posted for a while, but I've been recently getting right into the tools with my new role.

Here you see a simple process treatment that gives expectation and drive to a user who wants to achieve a financial approval.

We have had trouble with users abandoning this flow. This is one part to help here and other flows within the Openpay product.

I have used an emoji, which I know is a trending thing. I'm still unsure. What do others feel about emoji use?
