AI Well-Being Chatbot - System Maps

I was challenged to create a solution for a well-being coach for a partnership with WebMD that promoted healthy living, onboarded users to a well-being program, and was available to users with low-spec mobile & feature phones. This prototype is SMS based and uses natural language processing to create conversational experience with an AI powered coach named Archer.
