Research showed a large majority of service providers spend their time in the field without the benefit of a home office / receptionist to handle the acquiring of new jobs. Designing an app that allowed a "one man and a truck" company to handle all aspects of their business within a single mobile product required the ability to manage current jobs as well as find and bid on the next project.
