Pokemon Number 31. Ending the week with the QUEEN!

Had fun with the eyes on this one. Perhaps if I had gone a little thicker outline on the top of the lid it would feel more like lashes, but I don't know that would be necessary on a pocket monster. Poison ring on top, ground ring on the bottom.
