Habitat identity animation

Howdy! Happy to introduce you to a new identity project we've been working on for a real estate client. After developing a strong strategy we started working on the identity. This is a real estate agent that wants to do things different.

The logo and identity is based on the concept of a simple 'house' like compound shape that keeps evolving, unfolding, expanding and contracting, because that is what buying and selling houses is all about. Next to that we wanted a warm and vibrant feel. As you can see the identity is really responsive to different situations.
