Had some pom egg flashbacks with this guac dude. Getting flat sides on these fluffs is a doozy, especially when there’s a bump to work around. Removing strands of yarn from underneath helps lower the bump/yolk/pit into place a little nicer, but in this case, I also had to think carefully about which greens I was pulling out. Curious to try the other half of the avocado too though I imagine trying to cut out a concave pom hole will be uniquely frustrating. 🤔
