Cochinillo

These are a series of illustrations I did based on my travels through Spain. I've created three illustrations per city visited.

City 3: Segovia

In Segovia we got to try the traditional dish: cochinillo. The dish is made from a baby pig and is typically served whole, but thankfully we went to a restaurant where they only served the leg. It was really rich in flavor with a crusty shell (think chicken or turkey on steroids,) but I couldn't help myself from feeling like a monster for eating a baby pig. Either way I was grateful for the chance to try a traditional dish from the city and cross that off the bucket list.
