Thirty Logos #7 : Austin Run

Austin Run is a charitable event for autism research and raises money for families in need of care, education, and information. The event is so much fun and many people dress up in crazy outfits.

Their suggestion included the shape of the Texas state, which was well incorporated into the logo. The 'R' has a little twist (which suggests legs), which gets into the idea of running / moving. Its uniqueness enables it to be used by itself as a mini logo. The colors were chosen to emphasize on the liveliness of the event.
