Contrast Switcher

This is a contrast switcher for a kiosk I am designing/developing. The switcher changes between high and low contrast themes. I wish I could tap into the room's lighting to automate theme switching (like with the keyboard illumination on MacBooks), but this at least affords users a manual option for accommodating their viewing environments.
