DRIAV | Chat Bot – Decision Tree

Instead of designing another typical insurance application, I decided to push the envelope and create an incredibly powerful chat bot interface for DRIAV. Any DRIAV end-user would be able to seamlessly chat with DARVI (anagram of DRIAV), a virtual insurance bot for their insurance needs.

I worked with a development team to create the extensive decision tree through www.dialogflow.com for handling any insurance inquiries that a DRIAV policy holder may have.
