Saved Workspaces

Users can, through the new layers panel, set up custom filters, colors, and run different analysis on their data. We recognized a need to be able to save, and quickly switch between saved "workspaces," (these grouped settings).

Pulling in a few patterns that I created for other parts of the app, as well as icons and styles defined previously. Figma's Design Systems support is fantastic, and made a lot of this really easy.
