Qlapa Rebranding Project - Work Project

A few months ago Qlapa did rebranding because of its target market has changed. This rebranding affect the whole UI of the Qlapa. We the design team (Me and Alex, The UX/UI Lead) agree to make UI Qlapa looks more mature. What we do is make the general layout clean and use brown color palette to make it more arise. The challenge of this project is to make the UI feel fresh, but as possible still maintains the old flow (minimum changes). The project finish in one month and the engineer team make it live on time. Overall, it's really challenging and exciting project! Thanks to product-design team who always give their excellent feedback to make this new UI so wonderful.
