After Load Page Animation

What's the feasibility of animation after loading a web page? How do users really feel about it? Can they tolerate the progression of the animation? There are many factors to be considered when it comes to animation such as the loading time, the purpose of the animation (does it present meaningful experiences to the users if they bear with the animation(s), and also the complexity of the animation.
