Hotel Booking Interaction

Problem Statement:
1. When our users transition from hotel detail page to payment page. They were forgetting their booking information like hotel name, location, the number of guests entered, Check-in and Check-out dates.

2. They often face a problem to reach the hotel. Although, We have given proper directions and an assistant to all users to guide them but they still face problems in finding a cab or other means of travel. In many cases, Local cab drivers charge extra to guests and Take them on a long route to the hotel.

Design Solution:
1. We've tried to retain useful information in user journey when they transition from hotel detail page to payment page.

2. We've given an option to book cab after booking the hotel.
