UI Design: Plates

Self-driven UI project with a fictional brand called "Plates"

Plates bring you 7 new & unique recipes for you to cook every week - that’s one recipe for every single day!

The goal was to inspire users to create new, unique recipes & food combinations that they wouldn’t otherwise try, furthermore, recipes have a focus on well-balanced, nutritional value & therefore provide detailed macro-nutrient information.

Recipes are created by supporters & are carefully selected to ensure the recipe is special (and simple) enough for anyone to whip up at home! Users can cycle through the weekly selection, randomise a recipe or see any previous recipe by search, week selection or the “Past Plates” page.
