Introducing our brand new company analytics dashboard. 🎉

Why show analytics? Hiring managers don’t have visibility into how they’re progressing with their hiring plans on OfferZen. Due to the lack of visibility they struggle to see in which areas they should focus on improving. Also, due to this our internal team the CSMs (Customer Success Managers) struggle to determine whether companies are on track to fill their positions.

I designed this feature in collaboration with my OfferZen squad members, Laura Manzur (Frontend Developer) and Ethan Marrs (Full Stack Developer).
