Richard Howe Campaign Icon

This is a simplified icon created as an alternate for the campaign.

It takes the H from the logo, and adds abstracted lines to represent document contents. This is due to a Register of Deeds dealing a lot with documentation of various types. The end result is that the negative space in the H looks like sheets of paper.

The candidate also served in the military. So, as a callback to that we made the top "page" spell out "Howe" in morse code.

The general idea is we could swap in different types of document thumbnails if needed as well.
