Annual Report - Concept 2

This is concept 2 of 3 for Pennsylvania Liquor Control Board's (PLCB) and Fine Wine and Good Spirits' (FWGS) 2017-2018 annual report.

This is the first year PLCB and FWGS provide stakeholders and the public a combined annual report. Some of the constraints include: using a combo of the fonts Arial and/or Times New Roman with Fedra Sans; using whatever photography they provide (professional and non-professional); and designing something that looks elegant but not expensive to produce.
