Day # 29 of the Thirtylogos.com design challenege! FILM is a non profit supporting film students with scholarships, academic trips, books and more to help them reach their career goals. They have worked with countless well-known directors while they were students and wanted their logo to reflect cinema/film in some way along with a typeface to match. The client requested that the logo be designed in black and white as well. My interpretation was to incorporate both a graduating student and film together as if it were a still shot of the aperture during playback/recording.
