My semi-annual shot

Today, some nice folks were sharing the Front-End Conf site and Matt Kump, aka @kump, mentioned that it would be cool if the speakers came out from behind the curtains.

I'm a front-end dev but I was able to win a couple rounds with Illustrator and separated out the curtain. So, once we have the rest of the characters I'll work on making something cool. I just have to figure out how to reduce the png size for the overlay. It's huge.
