Natori Website Redesign
Natori is a luxury clothing and lingerie brand with a focus on art and craftsmanship. Within the House of Natori, there are multiple brands serving different audiences. Natori needed an improved, responsive experience that fully differentiates each brand while visually depicting the art and elegance of its global brand.
After a deep discovery, prototyping, and user-testing we learned that a sitemap organized by brand vs. categories allowed users to explore and dive right in. This custom, award-winning eCommerce store not only increased brand awareness and improved the user experience - but increased revenue, conversion rates, and average session times.
