Help!

Ok, I have a problem. 🙋🏼‍♀️I can't figure out the sizing for uploading content here! Everything turns out blurry or wayyy to big or wayyy to small! 👎🏻When I create projects within programs (Framer, InVision, Photoshop,...) and then export them, I can't figure out how to get them to be the size the Dribbble allows. It takes me hours, and sometimes I literally have to screenshot my projects and upload those! Eek! 😫I'd love to figure out how to save time and easily upload things here. Can anyone help me? Thank you so much! (I have a few invites in case anyone wants to exchange help for one! 😅💝🙏🏻)
