CRM conversation module -
Staff can resolve users problem right from CRM app with contextual integration options with minimum action.
Flow - Current user is moving from a PRO plan to a smaller plan. Staff can initiate a refund(user has already paid to PRO) through PayPal and assign a task inside asana to look into this user problem.
