I'm working on posting more ideas here. So I'm playing around with a couple ideas around apps, that help you better manage your home, including projects and data around it.

Projects would allow you to track work that you do (e.g. renewing a roof) or that a contractor is doing. Another idea for projects would be to track recurring tasks, like taking out the trash, and assigning them to members of the household.

Data includes numbers for power, heating, and water consumption, as well as a brief stat on how you're doing relative to same period in the previous year.

In Documents you can store a floor plan, or other files related to your home.
