UberChat: Driver Quick Replies

Communication can help create a successful pickup experience. We want to make it as easy and safe for drivers to engage with their riders if and when they need to. One step towards that goal is our new quick replies.

Drivers can now respond to incoming messages with contextual quick replies on our in-app chat without ever leaving the map and navigation screen.
