333 ECO Brand Identity

*New Work: This one has been a long-time in coming, and I’m super stoked to show it to you. Recently had the privilege to work on a beautiful new apartment residence in Downtown, 333 ECO on East Colorado Ave. I’ve had the opportunity to serve as the brand designer and creative direction on a number of elements. Loved working with the phenomenal crew on this project. As the building is nearing completion, I’ll be able to post more about the various design elements.

I created an identity that utilized a modern-stencil style that spoke to the unique nature of the building and the experience the residents will have. The residences completely redefine what urban living can look like. Some brand elements include a custom modern stencil typeface, icon system, signage systems, and color guides.

I’ll have the full case-study on my portfolio soon. I was able to spearhead the development of the full brand identity, style guides, some photography, ad-development, and website design. I’ve gotten to work with a phenomenal team as well that was a huge contributor to each piece.
