Enegren - 7th Anniversary Pilsner

Finally sent this bad boy to print this week! Enegren is the oldest production brewery in Ventura County (7 years). To celebrate their 7th Anniversary they brewed and canned an Imperial Pilsner, which I was fortunate enough to help design. This beer focuses on the four simple, yet overlooked essential beer ingredients: water, hops, malt and yeast.
