Phadi - Pharma App

Phadi is a Pharmacy Delivery app for Android. I worked on it as a UX Designer to develop Userflows and a POC (Proof Of Concept)

Let’s take a look at how we took this project from an idea and turned it into an MVP. (You can look at the full case study here: https://www.shibidesigns.com/phadi/

Problem definition “In this age of rapid delivery, why do we not have an Uber of prescription drugs?”. That is the void that the team at Phadi attempted to fill with this app. How do we make a product that allows you to sit at home and get your prescription drugs delivered at your doorsteps within a few minutes.

Value Proposition The purpose of Phadi is to provide a product that allows users to scan a prescription, add the scanned information into a shopping cart and check out with a credit card.

User Journey After discussing the app at length and understanding the different paths users would take when performing actions, I started drawing user journeys. This map allows for developers and everyone else on the team to be on the same page when it comes to the app’s logic and the different use cases it accommodates.

UI & Proof of Concept After signing off on our branding, I proceeded to turn 3 of our mid-fidelity wireframes (from the User Journey map) into high fidelity screens.
